Respect, that's the thing that everyone wants. But in order for you to get respect, you got to earn it. But I just don't get some people. They want others to respect them but the way they talk to others would be in a very rude way.
Hey talking in a very rude way won't achieve anything or even get you a lil bit of respect man. It will eventually make things worst. Always remember everyone have their own ego and limits. Treat others like how you want to be treated.
Surely nobody wants to be treated like garbage being pushed around and always getting scolded for nothing right? If you start talking in a nice way to others, they will surely get what you mean and what you want them to do. It's not only an advantage for them but also for you too. By talking in a nice manner, they will not rebel against and the job would be done easier and faster compared to nagging and shouting here and there like a lost Tarzan which will only make things chaotic.
A simple kindness means alot to each and everyone who is having a bad day or a bad time at that moment. Respect isn't about forcing others in a way to listen to you. Respect is when someone respects the other party and do what's right and vice versa. There is no use forcing in life.
